Alchemy In Floriography

Alchemy in Floriography is a line of small-batch bone china mugs and tea towels, telling a story of life’s dissolution, renewal, change and hope; personal transformation conveyed in alchemical language and botanical art.

Rooted in the wonderfully symbolic language made popular by the Victorians, my designs combine emotional symbolism with nature, and align with thoughtful gifting and slow-living aesthetics.

In Jungian thought, alchemy represents the process of dissolution, or ‘Solutio’ and renewal: a metaphor for inner growth and integration. Each flower in this collection reflects an emotional or spiritual stage of that journey: resilience, courage, release, revelation, and renewal.

Through hand-drawn botanical art, Alchemy in Floriography reimagines Victorian floriography as a visual and emotional alchemy; where beauty becomes a vessel for meaning, and art becomes an invitation to heal.

The collection is very new, it launched at the beginning of November 2025, and is available on Etsy, via the link provided on this site. For wholesale, please enquire.
